However, after PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia (LCI) Lhoknga, Aceh Besar, officially changed its name to PT Solusi Bangun Andalas (SBA) which is under the subsidiary of Semen Indonesia, namely PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk.
Now the factory which is adjacent to the tourist site of Lhoknga Beach has carried out its commitment to the environment and is sustainable, towards a future without waste.
One of them can be seen from the collaboration carried out with the Aceh government to manage domestic waste with biological physics methods to be used as Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), so that it can be used as a fuel substitute at the Lhoknga Plant.
